Our Nordic Creamery Muenster is a semi-soft goat’s milk cheese that takes is a bit firmer than cow’s milk muenster and this cheese has a delicious tanginess, Our Goat Muenster is delightful as a snack, perfect on sandwiches or on a cheese plate.  It also makes awesome grilled cheese sandwiches.
