For exceptional flavor, always enjoy your cheese at room temperature. Refrigerate your cheese until you‘re nearly ready to serve, then let it sit at room temp for 45 minutes.  This is the time that the cheese will bloom. Like wine requires time to breathe, cheese needs to be at room temperature, and The Cheese Box wants you to attain the most delicious flavor from your cheese.
