Our party trays are available for pickup from 10am -5pm Wednesday through Saturday and 11am – 5pm on Sunday. Please allow us at least 24 hours to prepare your party trays.

You may know Charcuterie as the art of preparing and assembling cured meats and other meat products. But, like us, many people use the term charcuterie to refer to an assortment of meats that are paired with different accompaniments, such as toast, fruit, cheese, and sauces. We’d be delighted to prepare a custom Charcuterie tray for you with a variety of sophisticated cheese choices accompanied by a taste tempting selection of choice deli meats and delectable fruits or veggies.

There are several options to consider when planning your custom party tray. Rest assured that we’ll guide you through the process, but it’s always a good idea to have some conception of your choices and your needs.

• How many guests will you be serving?

• Generally, the more food choices you provide, the smaller the portion size of each selection is needed per person.

• Consider that some guests may have specific dietary needs, i.e. may be vegetarians, or gluten free, etc.

• Don’t forget to allow us at least 24 hours to prepare your tray. (We’re closed on Monday and Tuesday.)

• How would you like your tray selections prepared – cubes, rolled deli meats, cheese slices, bite-sized sandwiches, etc.
