This cheese won world grand champion cheese a few years  ago and its one of the Sartori family’s best.  The fruit of the black pepper vine is present here again to accent a fine creation — rich, nutty, creamy BellaVitano. By adding just the right pinch of cracked black peppercorns, a spicy zestiness that’s nothing to sneeze at. Sold per 5.3 oz. wedge.
